FAQ – Ordering, shipping, pickup & advice

Your order will generally be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Should there be any delays in rare cases, our service team will inform you immediately.

Shipping costs depend on the product, weight, and delivery address and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Bauchemie.at currently delivers to Austria, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia and Slovenia.

Are you located in another country? Feel free to contact our customer support – we will be happy to check delivery individually.

You can track your shipment via our shipment tracking. You will receive the necessary data by email after dispatch.

Yes, simply select the "Pick-up" delivery option at checkout. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Our regular pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Pickups take place at our office and warehouse location in 3261 Wolfpassing (Lower Austria) – after you have received our email confirming that your order is ready for collection.
