Refund policy

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

If you place a single order but we deliver the goods in separate shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MallOne Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs-GmbH, Industriegebiet 22, 3261 Wolfpassing, +43 (0) 7472 22380, email: office@bauchemie.at of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

A prerequisite for the legal effectiveness of the withdrawal is the actual receipt of the withdrawal declaration by us.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functioning.
