Shipping costs may vary depending on the products, weight, and address. Hazardous goods or items with a total weight of 30 kg or more will be shipped by a freight forwarder.

Shipping costs - Dangerous goods shipping

Dangerous goods are shipped exclusively by freight forwarder, and shipping costs are calculated in the second stage (0kg-50kg) of the respective destination country.

Shipping costs - ST-PROFILE direct shipping

Due to their length and the special packaging required, ST-PROFILE products can only be shipped directly from the manufacturer to Austria and Germany.

The following shipping costs apply to orders containing only ST-PROFILE products:

Austria: €28.00
Germany: €47.00

If the order also contains other products, the above shipping costs for ST-PROFILE will be added to the regular shipping costs (standard or hazardous goods shipping), as the delivery will be made in separate shipments.

How long does delivery usually take?

Your order will usually be shipped within three to five business days. In rare cases, however, there may be short delays. In this case, our service team will inform you immediately!

Where can I track my shipment?

What if I am not at home?

If the package could not be delivered on the first attempt, another delivery attempt will be made, or you will receive a notification that your package has been deposited at the nearest parcel shop.
