MAPEI Eporip SCR 600 ml – fast-curing 2K resin for sealing screed cracks

Eporip SCR is a fast-curing, low-odor, two-component silicate resin for structural sealing of screed cracks and for minor repairs. You can continue working with leveling compounds or adhesives after approx. 45 minutes, and final strength is reached after 24 hours.

Scope of delivery: 600 ml kit (component A 300 ml + component B 300 ml) incl. 10 corrugated fasteners.

Consumption

Consumption depends on crack width, crack depth, and application.

Application of Eporip SCR

1. Prepare the crack

Widen the crack, cut slots across the crack at intervals for the corrugated fasteners, and thoroughly remove any dust.

2. Mixing

Mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio until completely homogeneous.

3. Filling

Fill the crack and slots with the resin within the pot life (10–12 minutes) and insert the corrugated fasteners.

4. Further work

After approx. 45 minutes, you can continue working with leveling compounds or adhesives, e.g., with MAPEI Ultraplan Maxi.

Additional corrugated fasteners are available as a 100-piece pack.
