FLOWCRETE Flowcoat SF41 is a high-quality, colored 2-component epoxy resin floor coating for durable and easy-to-clean floor surfaces. This proven epoxy resin system is characterized by high wear and chemical resistance as well as excellent coverage.

The coating is particularly suitable for industrial floors, workshops, warehouses, production areas, garages, and other mechanically stressed floor surfaces.

Application

Components A and B must be mixed thoroughly before application. The substrate must be professionally prepared, load-bearing, and suitable for the coating.

Depending on the substrate and the desired system build-up, a suitable primer may be required. FLOWCRETE Flowcoat SF41 is applied in two layers in a standard system configuration.

The slip resistance of the surface can be adapted to specific requirements through the appropriate system build-up.

Curing at approx. +20 °C

Light traffic: approx. 16 hours
Heavy traffic: approx. 48 hours
Fully load-bearing and chemically cured: approx. 7 days

Actual curing times depend on temperature, humidity, substrate, and ambient conditions.
