MAPEI Planitop Fast 330 25 kg – fast-setting, fiber-reinforced leveling mortar for floors and walls

Planitop Fast 330 is a fast-setting, fiber-reinforced, cementitious leveling mortar for smoothing floor and wall surfaces both indoors and outdoors. It is applied in layer thicknesses from 3 to 30 mm and is ready for ceramic or natural stone installation after approx. 4 hours (at +20 °C).

Scope of delivery: 25 kg bag, individually or as a pallet with 40 bags.

Consumption

Consumption is approx. 1.45 kg/m² per mm of layer thickness. For 5 mm, you will need approx. 7.25 kg/m² – one 25 kg bag is therefore sufficient for approx. 3.4 m².

Application of Planitop Fast 330

1. Preparing the substrate

The substrate must be load-bearing, clean, and free of dust, loose particles, oil, and grease.

2. Mixing

Pour 4.5–5 l of water into a mixing bucket and mix the contents of the bag until lump-free using a slow-speed mixer. Only mix as much as can be applied within approx. 20 minutes.

3. Application

Apply the mortar with a trowel or spatula in 3 to 30 mm and smooth out with a trowel.

4. Installation

Lay ceramic or natural stone after approx. 4 hours (+20 °C) or approx. 24 hours (+5 °C).
