MAPEI UltraCare Epoxy Off Gel – Gel cleaner for epoxy grout residues

UltraCare Epoxy Off Gel is a highly viscous, ready-to-use gel cleaner that removes residues of epoxy grouts such as MAPEI Kerapoxy Easy Design, Kerapoxy and Kerapoxy CQ from ceramic and glass mosaics. Because the gel adheres, it is particularly suitable for vertical surfaces and walls.

Typical areas of application

• Hardened epoxy grout residues, stains and haze on ceramic and glass mosaics
• Graffiti from conventional spray paint on ceramic, glass and clinker
• Preliminary cleaning of organic soiling on ceramic, glass, unpolished natural stone, concrete and terrazzo

• Exposure time: 15–20 minutes, up to 30 minutes for thick residues
• Dilution: do not dilute

• Storage: 3 years in the original container

Application

1. Shake well, do not dilute.
2. Apply with a brush or roller.
3. Leave to work for 15–20 minutes, up to 30 minutes for stubborn residues or repeat.
4. Work with a cleaning pad.
5. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

Important: Do not use on polished marble or natural stone, wood, methacrylate and waxed surfaces. Test on natural stone and metal in an inconspicuous area beforehand.
