TECHPUR Mastic Comp. A+B 10kg is an elasticized, thixotropic, ready-to-use two-component coating compound based on a solvent-free epoxy resin. TECHPUR Mastic 10kg allows for the creation of tough, pore-free, and seamless coves and baseboards. The product impresses with its excellent technical properties and very good workability.

Processing time (20 ° C): 20-25 minutes

Material consumption - coves (radius approx. 30mm): approx. 500 g/m

Curing (20°C): after approx. 24 hours

Subsequent coating (20°C): within 12 - 24 hours

Full mechanical load capacity (20°C): after 7 days

Substrate preparation:

The surface must be extremely clean and must not contain any release agents.
It is essential to check whether the substrate is open-pored, porous or similarly structured, as this can lead to the formation of blisters or pores in the coating.
This inspection is the responsibility of the processor; any defects found must be rectified. Absolute cleanliness of tools and clothing must be ensured when processing the product.
TECHPUR Mastic must be processed no later than 24 hours after the application of the previously applied layer.
It must be ensured that no silicone-containing or other reaction-inhibiting substances come into contact with TECHPUR Mastic during the preparation and curing phase.
