MAPEI Keraflex Maxi S1 Zero – deformable, non-slip tile adhesive for large formats up to 15 mm

Keraflex Maxi S1 Zero is a high-quality, deformable (S1) and non-slip cementitious installation mortar with an extended open time. It is particularly suitable for large-format ceramic and natural stone coverings indoors and outdoors and handles adhesive beds up to 15 mm without the tiles sagging.

Thanks to Low-Dust technology, the adhesive produces significantly less dust when mixed. The product's greenhouse gas emissions are fully offset (“Zero”).

Scope of delivery: 25 kg bag grey or 23 kg bag white – available individually or as a pallet of 40 bags.

Applying Keraflex Maxi S1 Zero

1. Prepare the substrate

The substrate must be load-bearing, level, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.

2. Mixing

Stir the contents of the bag into clean water and mix until lump-free using a slow-speed mixer in a mixing bucket. Please refer to the technical data sheet for the exact water quantity.

3. Apply the adhesive

Apply the adhesive using a notched trowel or trowel blade with the appropriate notch size.

4. Lay the tiles

Place the tiles and press them firmly. Lay large formats free of voids.

5. Grouting

Grout after sufficient hardening, e.g., with MAPEI Ultracolor Plus.
