MAPEI Ultracolor Plus 22 kg – Premium Grout in Bulk Packaging

Ultracolor Plus is a polymer-modified, fast-setting and drying, Portland cement-free grout for joints up to 20 mm. It is water-repellent (DropEffect), mold-resistant (BioBlock), UV-resistant, and does not effloresce – ensuring consistent joint color both indoors and outdoors.

The 22 kg bag is ideal for large areas, facades, terraces, and swimming pools.

Scope of delivery: 22 kg paper bag in cement grey or Manhattan. Other colors are available as Ultracolor Plus 5 kg.

Consumption

Depending on format and joint width, between approx. 0.1 kg/m² (60 × 60 cm, 2 mm joint) and 2.9 kg/m² (10 × 10 cm, 10 mm joint).

Application

1. Clean joints to at least 2/3 of the tile depth, ensuring they are free of dust. 2. Pour water into a container, stir in the powder (max. 400 rpm), let it rest for 2–3 minutes, and stir again – e.g., in a mixing bucket. 3. Apply diagonally using a grouting float. 4. After 15–30 minutes, wash off with a damp viscose tile sponge; perform final cleaning after 50–60 minutes.
