MAPEI Ultracolor Plus is a fast-setting, discoloration- and efflorescence-resistant grout with DropEffect® and mold-inhibiting BioBlock® technology. It is suitable for joint widths up to 20 mm and offers a timeless grout design in a wide range of colors.

  • Water-repellent and easy to clean with DropEffect®
  • Efflorescence-free for an even color.
  • Walkable after approx. 3 hours, fully cured after 24 hours
