MAPEI Plastimul 2K Poly Classic, 30 l, is a two-component, trowel- and spray-applied, solvent-free bitumen thick coating with polystyrene beads. It is highly flexible, crack-bridging, and complies with the requirements of EN 15814.

  • Suitable for waterproofing according to DIN 18533-3 (water exposure classes W1-E, W3-E, W4-E, W2.1-E)
  • Ideal for components in contact with the ground, floor slabs, balconies and terraces
  • Perfect for bonding rigid foam boards (perimeter insulation)
  • Can be used on walls and floors
  • Mixing ratio: A : B = 17.6 kg : 4.4 kg
  • Wet layer thickness depending on the load case: 3.8 mm or 5.0 mm
  • Processing time: approx. 1–2 hours
  • Rainproof after about 5–6 hours
  • Waiting time until completely dry: approx. 2–3 days
  • Consumption: approx. 2.8–3.7 kg/m² depending on the water exposure class
  • Storage: 12 months

Ideal for long-lasting sealing of components in contact with the ground and protective layers.
