MAPEI UltraCare Multicleaner – concentrated neutral cleaner

UltraCare Multicleaner is a concentrated neutral cleaner with a very high yield for the daily cleaning and care of treated and untreated surfaces. On acid-sensitive materials such as polished natural stone, it also removes residues of cementitious grout.

• Marble, granite and natural stone – also polished
• Concrete floors, terrazzo, terracotta
• Quartz and marble artificial stone
• Oiled or varnished parquet
• LVT, linoleum, rubber and PVC

Technical data

• pH value: 8
• Maintenance cleaning: 1:200 (50 ml per 10 l of water)
• Basic cleaning after installation: 1:30
• Intensive cleaning: up to 1:20 (500 ml per 10 l of water)
• Contact time: approx. 5 minutes
• Yield: approx. 1,500 m²/l at 1:200
• Storage: 3 years in the unopened original container

Application

1. Choose the dilution depending on the level of soiling (1:20 to 1:200).
2. Dilute with water and apply.
3. Leave to work for approx. 5 minutes and clean.
4. At concentrations stronger than 1:200, wipe off with plenty of clean water.

Important: Do not use undiluted and do not use on waxed surfaces. Test on metal beforehand.
