MAPEI Kerabond Easy – cementitious tile adhesive C1, 25 kg

Kerabond Easy is a cementitious, powdered tile adhesive for all types of ceramic tiles and mosaics – suitable for indoor and outdoor use, on walls and floors. It is slump-resistant on walls, virtually non-shrinking, and adheres to all common construction materials.

When mixed with the latex additive Isolastic instead of water, Kerabond Easy achieves class C2ES2.

Consumption

Approx. 2–5 kg/m², depending on the tile and trowel size.

Application

1. Substrate must be sufficiently cured, firm, and clean – cement screed at least 28 days.
2. Mix powder with water until lump-free, let it rest for 5–10 minutes, and mix again.
3. Apply a thin layer with the smooth side of the trowel, then apply the adhesive with a notched trowel.
4. Press tiles firmly – adjustments are possible within approx. 60 minutes.
5. Protect from rain for 24 hours and from frost and strong sunlight for 5–7 days.

Important: Not suitable for tiles requiring an adhesive bed thicker than 5 mm – for this, use MAPEI Keraflex Maxi S1 or MAPEI Keraflex Vario Quick S1.
