MAPEI Mapecoat I 24.5 kg (A+B) is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin coating with high abrasion and chemical resistance. It is suitable for use in food processing areas and provides a colorable, durable finish.

  • Mixing ratio: A : B = 4 : 1
  • Processing time: approx. 30–40 minutes
  • Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C
  • Waiting time between coatings: 6–24 hours
  • Curing time: 4–5 hours, full curing after 3 days
  • Application by brushing, rolling or spatula (at least 2 coats using the brush and roller method)
  • Consumption: approx. 250 g/m² per coat
  • Storage: 24 months in the unopened original container between +5 °C and +30 °C

Ideal for durable and resistant coatings with high chemical resistance.
