One-component, elastic, stable, fast-curing, silylated hybrid sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity. Also for sealing the connection areas before installing the Mapeguard WP 200 waterproofing membrane. Mapeflex MS45 can also be applied to substrates or materials that are temporarily damp (rain, high humidity, water ingress, etc.). It is considered a "capillary breaking measure" in the sense of ÖNORM B 3407. In the case of continuously rising capillary moisture, prime with Primer FD beforehand.
