MAPEI Mapeflex MS 45 300ml

MAPEI Mapeflex MS 45, 300 ml, is a one-component, elastic hybrid sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity. It is suitable for sealing joints prior to the installation of the Mapeguard WP 200 waterproofing membrane and adheres well even to temporarily damp substrates.

• Ready to use, processing with cartridge gun
• Processing temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C
• Dust-dry after approx. 20 minutes, final curing: 3.3 mm/24 h
• Elongation at break: 500%, max. elongation: 20%
• Temperature range: -40 °C to +90 °C
• Shore A hardness (DIN 53505): 40
• Excellent UV resistance, resilience: 80%
• Consumption: approx. 3 running meters with a 10 x 10 mm joint
• Storage: 15 months in the unopened original container at +5 °C to +25 °C

Ideal for flexible and durable seals with high adhesive strength.
