MAPEI Mapeflex MS Crystal 300 ml – crystal clear hybrid sealant and adhesive

Mapeflex MS Crystal is a single-component, crystal clear hybrid sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity. Thanks to its transparency, the bond remains virtually invisible – the appearance of the bonded parts is not compromised. It also adheres to damp substrates.

Scope of delivery: 300 ml cartridge, individually or in a box of 12 cartridges. Transparent.

Consumption

One 300 ml cartridge is sufficient for approx. 3 linear meters for a joint of 10 × 10 mm.

Application of Mapeflex MS Crystal

1. Prepare substrate

The bonding surfaces must be solid, clean, and free of dust, oil, and grease.

2. Application

Cut the nozzle to size and apply the adhesive and sealant into the joint or as an adhesive bead using a cartridge gun.

3. Join or smooth

Join and press the parts together within approx. 35 minutes (before skin formation) or smooth the joint.
