Single-component, sulphate-resistant, stable, shrinkage-compensated, fibre-reinforced repair mortar of class R4, in layer thicknesses from 10 mm to 100 mm for concrete repair and for levelling concrete surfaces. Exposure class XF4. If Mapegrout T60 is filled with 30% aggregates (grain size 3 to 6 - 8 mm) based on the mortar weight, the same strengths are achieved as with unfilled Mapegrout T60 (with the same amount of mixing water).

Mixing ratio : 4.1 – 4.3 litres of water to 25 kg of powder with trowel application, 4.2 – 4.4 litres of water using the wet spray method
Processing time : approx. 1 hour
Processing temperature : from +5 °C to +35 °C
Properties : Maximum grain size: 2.5 mm; Compressive strength: > 60 MPa (after 28 days); Elastic modulus: 27 GPa (after 28 days)
Processing : trowel or wet spraying
Storage : 12 months in unopened original container when stored in a cool, frost-free and dry place
Consumption : approx. 18.5 kg/m²/cm layer thickness unfilled and 14.5 kg/m²/cm layer thickness mixed with 30% aggregates (grain size 3 to 6 – 8 mm)
