MAPEI Mapegrout T60 25kg

MAPEI Mapegrout T60, 25 kg, is a one-component, sulfate-resistant, and fiber-reinforced repair mortar of class R4. It is suitable for concrete repair and leveling of concrete surfaces in layer thicknesses from 10 mm to 100 mm.

• Exposure class XF4
• Mixing ratio:
  • 4.1–4.3 liters of water for trowel application
  • 4.2–4.4 liters of water for wet spraying processes
• Processing time: approx. 1 hour
• Processing temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C
• Maximum grain size: 2.5 mm
• Compressive strength: > 60 MPa after 28 days
• Elastic modulus: 27 GPa after 28 days
• Application with a trowel or using the wet spraying method
• Consumption:
  • 18.5 kg/m²/cm layer thickness (unfilled)
  • 14.5 kg/m²/cm layer thickness (with 30% surcharges)
• Storage: 12 months in unopened original packaging when stored in a cool, frost-free place
