MAPEI Mapestone Maxi S1 Zero 25 kg – flexible, fast-setting natural stone adhesive mortar 3–30 mm

Mapestone Maxi S1 Zero is a flexible, cementitious, and fast-setting adhesive mortar for natural stone with fully compensated CO₂ emissions. It is suitable for thin, medium, and thick-bed installations in layer thicknesses from 3 to 30 mm – both indoors and outdoors.

The surface is walkable after just 3–4 hours.

Scope of delivery: 25 kg bag, individually or as a pallet with 40 bags.

Application of Mapestone Maxi S1 Zero

1. Preparing the substrate

The substrate must be load-bearing, clean, and free of dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.

2. Mixing

Add 6.75–7.25 l of water and mix the contents of the bag with a low-speed agitator in a mixing bucket until lump-free. Only mix as much as can be applied within approx. 25 minutes.

3. Applying the adhesive

Apply the adhesive with a notched trowel of the appropriate size or for medium/thick-bed installation.

4. Laying the slabs

Lay the slabs within the open time and press down firmly.

5. Grouting

Grouting can be carried out after approx. 5 hours, e.g., with MAPEI Ultracolor Plus. Seal connection joints for natural stone with MAPEI Mapesil LM.
