MAPEI Triblock P 5kg

Three-component epoxy resin-cement sealant for damp substrates such as ceramic coverings, terrazzo or cement screeds that have a higher moisture content than is required for laying parquet, linoleum and epoxy resin coatings. For pre-treating vapor-permeable substrates before laying diffusion-tight epoxy and polyurethane coatings, as well as for coating concrete channels, drainage channels and concrete pipes.

Mixing ratio: A : B : C = 12 : 38 : 50

Processing time: 30 – 40 minutes

Processing temperature: from +5 °C to +35 °C

Characteristics: After mixing, water can be added depending on the application: Brush: 5 – 10 %, roller: 10 – 15 %, Spraying process: max. 20%; coatings can be applied after approx. 24 hours; Triblock P can be coated with all epoxy and polyurethane coatings (with or without solvent); depending on the coating, a primer is required

Processing: Roller, brush or mixed with 0.5 parts by weight of Quarzo 0.25 using a spatula

Storage: 12 months in original container between > +5 °C when stored cool and dry

Consumption: per application 250 – 300 g/m², on non-absorbent substrates, 400 – 500 g/m² on absorbent substrates, 1.5 kg/m²/mm layer thickness when used as a filler
