MAPEI Ultraplan Xtra 25kg

MAPEI Ultraplan Xtra, 25 kg, is a self-leveling, very fast-drying, and extremely smooth floor leveling compound for layer thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm. It is suitable for heavily used areas and can accommodate virtually all floor coverings.

• Mixing ratio: 6–6.5 liters of water to 25 kg of powder
• Processing time: 20–30 minutes
• Accessible after about 2 hours
• Ready for installation after 6 hours at 5 mm, after 12 hours at 20 mm layer thickness
• Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C (pumpable up to +25 °C)
• Application with smoothing trowel, squeegee, spiked roller or pump
• Consumption: 1.6 kg/m²/mm layer thickness
• Storage: 12 months in unopened original container when stored in a dry place
