MAPEI Ultratop Base Coat, 10 kg, is a one-component acrylic dispersion for priming ULTRATOP, ULTRATOP LIVING, and ULTRATOP LOFT. It optimally prepares the surface for a top coat, e.g., from the MAPEFLOOR FINISH range.

  • Ready to use for easy application
  • Processing temperature: +12 °C to +30 °C
  • Protective coating for interior floors
  • Processing with a medium-pile roller, e.g. mohair roller
  • Consumption: approx. 50–80 g/m², depending on the porosity of the substrate
  • Storage: 12 months in the original container when stored dry between +12 °C and +30 °C

Ideal as a primer for an even and long-lasting head seal.
